Transportation options for receiving your parcel
Products will be delivered by express courier. The cost of transportation is automatically added to your order, and for orders over 300 lei or equal to 300 lei, transportation is free.
Orders are collected in 24-72 hours.
Parcels are delivered in 1-3 working days. Delivery may be delayed based on reasons not related to HER operations (e.g. legal holidays, unfavorable weather).
Transport fares - Romania
For orders over 300 RONTransportation is free.
18 RON - for orders under 300 RON.
Transportation - other EU countries
60 RON for the constituent countries of the European Union
Delivery of external parcels is made from the moment the parcel leaves the HER premises (not from the placing of the order).
The processing time for sending parcels to the United Kingdom (U.K.) is longer.
For shipments to a non-EU country, in addition to the costs of the parcel and transportation costs, customs duties will be added.

The transportation fee is calculated on the amount actually paid, after applying the discount coupon.
Methods of payment
Ramburs
The value of the order will be paid upon receipt of the product to the agent of the courier company. You will receive a receipt for the amounts paid.
For business customers, there is a bank payment option.
Online by bank card via Stripe (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro)
If you have chosen the "Online by bank card" payment method, it is necessary to fill in a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor.
By finalizing the Order, the Buyer agrees that all data provided by it, necessary for the purchase process, are accurate, complete and true at the time of placing the Order.
We need the cardholder's name, card number, CVV code and expiration date to process card payments. This data is required to process the payment and finalize the order.
This information can remain saved in the customer's account by checking the Save Card box. This information can be deleted at any time by checking the Delete Token box.
Installment cards cannot be entered.
The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, upon prior notice to the Buyer, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
1. non-acceptance by the bank issuing the Buyer's card, of the transaction, in case of online payment;
2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by HER, in case of online payment;
3. the data provided by the Customer/Buyer on the Website are incomplete and/or incorrect;
In case of online payments the Seller is/cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the card's issuing bank, in case the currency of issue of the card differs from RON. Responsibility for this action is borne solely by the Buyer.
Payments with credit/debit cards issued under Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system, developed by organizations that provide online transactions with the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. "3-D Secure" ensures, first and foremost, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored at any point in the process on the store's servers or the payment processor's servers, as this data is directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.
The parcels that are delivered outside Romania do not benefit from the reimbursement payment method, they can only be paid online with a bank card.
Useful information
Orders can be placed by phone or online. Telephone orders do not have priority. All orders are collected in the order in which they were placed by the customer (whether placed by phone or on her-shop.ro).
Orders are not confirmed by phone! Customers will receive by email (email address written when placing the order) the status of the order and when it is delivered from HER.
For any changes to your order, please contact us by phone or send us an e-mail. We cannot guarantee that all the products shown on the website are always in stock, therefore there is a possibility that a certain order may not be delivered. We assure you that we do our best to avoid such problems. Any complaints regarding possible problems with the integrity and/or content of a parcel are made at the time of receipt of the parcel in the presence of the representative of the courier company and a report will be drawn up. Any subsequent complaints regarding these issues are void.
