Acest capăt de freza este destinat manichiurii cât și pedichiurii. Datorita gradului de abrazivitate fin și formei lui sferice, îl folosim pentru a finisa faldurile laterale pentru a reda aspectul de cuticula “pufoasa”. Capătul de freza diamantat bila se folosește și la îndepărtarea cuticulei în tehnica dry.
